How long will it take to receive my order?
Prints for orders within the US, typically ship within 7–10 business days. US orders over $150 USD qualify for free shipping at a standard flat rate. Available shipping options and associated costs are displayed in your cart during checkout.

Do you ship Internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries around the world. International shipments may be subject to customs, duties, and import taxes. The buyer is solely responsible for these charges.

Note: we may decline to ship to certain destinations, such as countries subject to embargoes, sanctions, war, disturbances, local regulations, or other restrictions.

I’m ordering from Australia; how long does it take?
Orders within Australia are printed and dispatched from Western Australia, typically within 3-5 business days. Prints are carefully packaged and sent rolled in triangle boxes and are dispatched within 5-7 business days for CBD, Australia wide.

Are the prints a glossy or matt finish?
Hahnemühle FineArt Baryta, has a gloss finish, similar to the look and feel of traditional analogue baryta paper.
Hahnemühle Photo Rag® Satin has a very unique coating. The printed areas have a soft sheen, while the unprinted areas remain matt to beautifully accentuate brilliance.

When I select a print size, are the dimensions listed representative of the image size or the paper size?
The size listed is the overall size of the paper. The prints have a ~1.0" white border surrounding the image to allow room for easier handling and framing.

Are the prints signed?
Yes, all prints are inspected and signed on the back.

Can I order custom print sizes?
Yes, custom sizes are available upon request. Please send the artwork Title and requested size to info@debbieodonnellphotography.

How are prints packaged and shipped?
Each fine art print is carefully handled and prepared for shipping. Prints are protected with acid-free tissue paper to prevent surface damage. Your artwork will be expertly rolled and shipped in secure, protective tubes to ensure its safe arrival. Larger works may be shipped flat between archival boards, depending on size.

What is your return policy?
Every print is custom, which means it’s made to order, just for you or your collector. As a result, all orders are final as soon as they are placed. We do not accept returns or exchanges. However, we stand by our product and will work towards finding a satisfactory resolution.

My print arrived damaged. What do I do?
On the rare occasion an artwork arrives damaged or less than perfect, please notify us immediately via email at info@debbieodonnellphotography.com within 48 hours with documented visible images of the artwork, the issue and the packaging it arrived in.
