1. Currency & Taxes

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). For customers outside the U.S., an approximate price may also be shown in Australian Dollars (AUD), however, all transactions are processed in USD.

Applicable state and local sales tax will be added where required by law. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes imposed by their country.

2. Shipping & Handling

Orders are shipped at a standard flat rate.
Prints typically ship within 7–10 business days.
Rush shipping is available for an additional fee.
Orders within the US over $150 USD qualify for free standard shipping.
International shipments may be subject to customs, duties, and import taxes. The buyer is solely responsible for these charges.

3. Return Policy & Damaged Artwork

Every print is custom, which means it’s made to order, just for you or your collector. As a result, all orders are final as soon as they are placed. We do not accept returns or exchanges. However, we stand by our product and will work towards finding a satisfactory resolution.

In the event an artwork arrives damaged or less than perfect, please notify us immediately via email at info@debbieodonnellphotography.com within 48 hours with documented visible images of the artwork, the issue and the packaging it arrived in.

All images, photographs, and artworks on this site are the sole property of Debbie O’Donnell Photography. They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent. All rights reserved.
